Mark brings 32 years of production management. Mark co-owns The Woodshop of Avon and employs 30 people. He is a lean manufacturing expert.
Lasering & Shipping Manager
Jillian brings knowledge from her education at St. Cloud State University, and years in the work field. She has worked in an array of job fields, gathering experiences along the way, and loves learning new trades.
Nathan brings 5 years of construction management to the team. He graduated St. John's University with an Applied Physics and Mathematics Degree. All-American football player and avid outdoors man, he brings experiences from all areas.
V.P. of Engineering
Josh brings 15 years of quality management, lean manufacturing and engineering experience. Josh earned a master’s degree in Engineering, Six Sigma black belt and Lean Master certification. Josh is also the head of our marketing team
Eu Sheng Chung
Eu Sheng Chung brings 10+ years of technological experience. He earned double majors in Mechanical and Manufacturing engineering and won multi-awards in robotics fields. He is the project engineer and determined to add values to the team.
George started out his career in auto body technology. He is a talented auto body technician and painter, and managed a paint department before deciding to leave the field after 10+ years to take on a new challenge. George comes to AquaTraction with 15+ years’ experience in maintaining, programming and running CNC machines. He is highly skilled using the CNC on many different mediums, and has experience as a production manager. George is an avid collector and restorer of antique vehicles, and currently enjoys attending car shows in the summer with his family.
